This is a story from the past when I admired Invaders and tried to create something in the style of Invaders, but ended up far from being an Invader.
The controls are extremely simple. Rotate PDL(0) to move the cannon left and right, and press Button 0 (the one attached to PDL(0)) to shoot beams. Initially, there is 5000 energy, and each beam shot reduces it by 50.
If you hit randomly, it should end with a HIT 100, but who knows. Oh, by the way! When you get hit by an enemy, your energy decreases arbitrarily. So, when you shoot and your energy reaches 0, it ends quietly. However, if you get hit by an enemy and your energy goes below 0, the cannon explodes and it’s over. Well, both ways it’s the end, but…
When Invaders were popular, I, who was still a beginner, created this spaghetti-like program. I have no idea about the mechanism or how to modify it. If you have the determination (at this point, it’s not just about perseverance), please give it a try.
