How to play HOLE
I thought of making a horizontally scrolling game for the ZX-81, and this is what I’ve made.
You(└) move up with Z and down with M. The objective is to advance down the cave while dodging the obstacles(○) by moving up and down. Getting hit by an obstacle results in a game over, where your score is displayed.
For those that feel the game is too simple, put ‘(N=2)*2’ in line 150. This will make the spacing between obstacles smaller. If you find the key setup hard to use, change ‘Z’ and ‘M’ in line 140.

How to play LADDER
You(A) have to collect treasure(*) while progressively descending by using the ladders(H). The monster({) moves around jumping from right to left. Make sure to dodge it. Picking up a treasure gives you 30 points, and descending 1 floor gives you 10 points. You move left with B, up with M and descend with Z. If the monster catches you, it’s GAME OVER.
Changing the ‘.8’ in line 10 affects the likelihood of getting caught by the monster. Increasing this value makes the game easier (only up to 1), whereas lowering it makes the game harder.

★ In the 10th of January, I left my BeMaga in seat 7E of Tōhoku Shinkansen Aoba 219’s car 2. If anyone has picked it up, please contact me through the postcard inside the file! (Kōriyama, Fukushima・Takeshi Kumagai, 20 y.o.)……【Kage: Hope it didn’t get picked up by a computer enthusiast!】
