Loading the Game –
Two versions of the game are included:
– tori.wav, a cassette-tape recording of the game;
– tori.dsk, a floppy disk image of the game.
For tori.wav:
– After booting the machine, insert the tape image;
– Type ‘CLOAD’ and press Enter;
– After the game loads, type ‘RUN’ and press Enter to star the game.
For tori.dsk:
– Insert the disk image in the first slot, then boot the machine;
– The game should load and start automatically.
Game Instructions –
Use the cursor keys to move left and right; ride the air currents and collect the ¥s without falling to the bottom.

How to Play
The rules haven’t really changed at all. You’re a bird that cannot fly, and if you don’t ride the ascending air currents well enough, you’ll fall down.
Use the left and right cursor keys to move left and right, respectively, and ride the “:” to ascend. Picking up the semi-“¥”‘s gives you a random amount of points from 10 to 500. As soon as you hit the bottom, it’s game over.
